Thank you for everything - the great advice on how to get ready to sell, packing, reducing my stuff - the pictures of before and afters were really cool and made the point. You said it would sell fast BUT in 1 DAY! Thank you for your honesty and integrity in explaining why you wouldn't list my home at my first price, it makes so much sense to list within 1 negotiation, instead of thinking I could always go down. 3/10
